Later, you can view/analyze every single moment of those runs: power curves, mph vs time, mph vs hp. So, you want to know how long it took you to shift gears? not a problem: set hp vs time and you'll see. I has worked real well for me for over two years. I think it is far superior to most of the accelerometers that are not GPS based. They don't look too bad and it seems to have better specs than the GTech. The AP-22 has all that "mr dyno" offers but at a lower resolution. AP22 is a 0.01 G accelerometer with an 8-bit processor. (You can select which one to use from the windows app) In the hp correction department, the AP has 4 hp correction factors, SAE, two DIN standards and a wierd one I've never used. Now how good is the firmware on "mr dyno" that I don't know. 125 bucks seems to be a very decent price, if what it does holds true, of course.Īfter reading, I think those 125 for this unit might be worth it. The only thing I don't like at all is the ultra cheap LED display it has. Maybe thats how they managed to shave a few bucks, who knows The AP-22 uses a dot matrix LCD with two rows of text. If you have a laptop and don't care what or how the LED looks like, I think it might be a good choice. It tells you what changes were made, which Administrator changed them, and when they were changed. If I were you, I'd ask if there is any 'return if it sucks, no questions asked' policy.
